Literature Searching: What Literature are you searching for?

What type of literature are you searching for?

Your literature searching and the databases you use can depend on the type of information that you require.

Quick Access Clinical Information - If you are requiring information such as clinical overviews, diagnosis through to treatment information, or clinical guidelines our Point of Care resources may be the best place to find your information.

Initial Information - Our Library Catalogue or databases such as Google Scholar are good places to start when finding out about a topic or you just need some easily accessible articles

Comprehensive Searching - For more evidence-based comprehensive literature searching you would use the databases on the library's recommended Research Databases List. Explore the tabs on this page for information on comprehensive searching
